There are plenty of ways to pay for your LIFT tickets, including credit or debit cards, Flight Centre Gift Cards and more. A full list of accepted payment methods is available in our Help Centre. 

To check the status of your LIFT flights after booking, talk to your Travel Expert or check the up-to-date flight schedule on the LIFT website. More information on how to manage your booking can also be found in our Help Centre. 

While last-minute LIFT sale fares may become available, you’ll normally find it pays to plan ahead, and we generally recommend you book LIFT flights a few months in advance wherever possible. When it comes to balancing airfare availability with the biggest savings, this should give you the best of both worlds!

LIFT passengers can generally bring one carry-on bag weighing up to 7kg and with maximum dimensions of 56 x 36 x 23cm. A checked baggage allowance may also be included, depending on your ticket. If checked luggage is included, you can normally bring a bag weighing up to 23kg and with maximum dimensions of 90 x 75 x 43cm.  

Baggage allowances will vary depending on your flight itinerary, ticket class and loyalty program status, so check your specific LIFT tickets to see what’s included. Need to add baggage to your flight booking? Talk to your Travel Expert before heading to the airport! 

You may be able to earn frequent flyer points on eligible LIFT flights booked with us. When booking online, you’ll see a place to add your loyalty program or frequent flyer membership details if this is available for your flights, or you can ask your Travel Expert to add it for you when booking in-store. If your LIFT airfare meets your program’s requirements, you’ll earn points! For more information, check with your specific loyalty program and see our Booking Terms and Conditions.
