There are plenty of ways to pay for your Fastjet tickets, including credit or debit cards, Flight Centre Gift Cards and more. A full list of accepted payment methods is available in our Help Centre.

While last-minute Fastjet sale fares may become available, you’ll normally find it pays to plan ahead, and we generally recommend you book Fastjet flights roughly six months in advance wherever possible. When it comes to balancing airfare availability with the biggest savings, this should give you the best of both worlds! 

Fastjet Value Fares generally include one carry-on bag with a weight limit of 7kg and maximum dimensions of 55 x 35 x 20cm. In most cases, passengers can also bring a checked bag weighing up to 23kg.  

Baggage allowances will vary depending on your flight itinerary, ticket class and loyalty program status, so check your specific Fastjet tickets to see what’s included. Need to add extra baggage to your flight booking? Talk to your Travel Expert before heading to the airport! 

You may be able to earn frequent flyer points on eligible Fastjet flights booked with us. When booking online, you’ll see a place to add your loyalty program or frequent flyer membership details if this is available for your flights, or you can ask your Travel Expert to add it for you when booking in-store. Fastjet has its main hub at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport in Zimbabwe and connects the popular domestic destinations of Harare, Victoria Falls and Bulawayo. Beyond Zimbabwe, the airline also flies to Johannesburg and Nelspruit in South Africa, as well as Lusaka in Zambia.
