Take Off Into a Brand- New Adventure

1. DEFINITIONS 

1. Eligible Entrant: Any person that is a permanent resident and citizen of South Africa over the age of 18 (eighteen) years old at the time of entering the Competition, in possession of a valid South African Identity Document and a valid passport(which is required to be valid at the time of travel), except any employee, director, member, partner, agent, or consultant of the Promoter and/or any person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by the Promoter , and immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent, or consultant. "Immediate family members" shall include but is not limited to: spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, and grandchildren. 
2. Prize/s: Two return flights in economy class to New York (John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).  
3. Flights must be booked departing from either O.R Tambo International Airport, King Shaka International Airport or Cape Town International Airport.  
4. Promoter: Flight Centre Travel Group Proprietary Limited, Registration Number 1994/000253/07, a company registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and includes its Affiliates. 
5. Winner: An Eligible Entrant who is selected through a random draw and meets all entry requirements.  
6.  Promotional Period: The period during which the competition is open for entries, commencing on 03 July 2026 and concluding on 30 September 2026.  
7. The validity of the flight Prize will be until the 13th of October 2027.  

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY 

2.1 The Prize will be awarded to the individual who books a family holiday package or any of the qualifying deals under the competition page: www.flightcentre.co.za/deals/spiderman-adventure  

2.1.1 Only one winner will be selected to win the above-mentioned Prize 

2.2 To qualify and stand a chance to win the Prize, Eligible Entrants must: 

2.2.1 Book and pay for a family holiday package at one of our participating Flight Centre stores. The package can be a local or international holiday that must include flights and accommodation, or a tour or a cruise. Travelling parties must include at least one adult and one child under the age of 12 at the time the booking is confirmed. Eligible Entrants can also qualify by booking any deal under this competition page: https://www.flightcentre.co.za/deals/spiderman-adventure  

2.3 Only 1 entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be deemed inadmissible. 

2.4 The random draw will be conducted by the Promoter, or an appointed representative, on (12 October 2026) and at (Blackheath, Johannesburg). The draw process will be independently witnessed/verified 

2.5 The Winner of the Prize will be announced on the 13th of October 2026 and will be notified via telephone and/or email. The Winner will have 48 hours to claim the Prize after the Prize letter has been sent. If there is no response within 48 hours, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new Winner will be chosen. It is the Entrant's responsibility to ensure that their contact details are correct. 

2.6 By entering this competition, the Eligible Entrant has read and agrees that the Prize is subject to the Promoter’s booking terms and conditions available at https://www.flightcentre.co.za/  

2.7    By entering this competition, the Eligible Entrant has read and agrees that the Promoter may use and disclose the personal information they provide in accordance with the Promoter ’s Privacy Policy available at https://help.flightcentre.co.za/s/article/privacy-notice-za  

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

3.1. Eligible Entrants stand a chance to win one of the following prizes: 

3.1.1 Two x return flights in economy class to New York (John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). 

3.1.2  Flights must be booked departing from either O.R Tambo International Airport, King Shaka International Airport or Cape Town International Airport. 

3.2. The Competition commences on the 3rd of July 2026 2026 and will remain open for the Promotional Period. 

3.3. The Winner must ensure that bookings for the Winner and travelling companions are all made for the same date and itinerary. Bookings for the Prize may not be split into different itineraries. The full value of the Prize must be used in a single booking transaction 

3.4. The Prize excludes any transportation to/from the departure and arrival airports. 

3.5. The Prize excludes any spending money, accommodation, meals & beverages not mentioned, passport and visa costs, medical and travel insurance. The Prize excludes anything of a personal nature. It is the Winner’s sole responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents, including visas. The Promoter accepts no liability should the Winner be unable to travel due to failure to obtain the required documentation. In such instances, the Prize will be forfeited. The Winner and their travel companions are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of their trip. The Promoter will not be held liable for any costs or losses arising from the Winner’s failure to hold adequate travel insurance. 

3.6. The full value of the Prize must be redeemed and utilised by the Winner and travel companions by the 13th of October 2027. All travel must be completed by this date. Failing this, the Prize shall be forfeited, and the Winner shall have no claim from the Promoter to the value of the Prize.  

3.7 The airline supplier will be determined and confirmed in line with the available inventory at the time of booking. The airline selection will be the sole discretion of the Promoter. 

3.8. The Prize for the flights must be booked by the winner at least 60 days prior to the intended date of travel by contacting the Flight Centre Leisure Marketing Team. The Winner must make contact via email to leisuremarketingrsa@flightcentre.co.za. The Winner will be paired with a Flight Centre travel expert to facilitate the booking of the Prize 

3.9. Any cancellations, no-shows, amendments, name changes made after the flight booking has been confirmed may carry additional costs imposed by the airline carrier. These fees will be fees payable by the Winner and may not be set off from the voucher.  

3.10 The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure results from circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, or airline insolvency. In such circumstances, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to offer an alternative of similar value 

3.11. Under no circumstances can any aspect of this Prize be transferred, amended, extended, refunded or exchanged for cash. 

3.12. The Prize is only valid for the person nominated for the Prize and may not be transferred to other individuals. 

3.13. Winners of the flight Prize must travel with the same companions booked in the original booking 

3.14. The Prize will not be extended beyond the validity period, and no exceptions will be made. 

3.15. The Winner of the flight Prize and their travel companions must be in possession of valid identification. This may include, but is not limited to, a South African Identity Document, Passport and other supporting documents required for travelling with children. 

3.16. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. 

3.17. If the Promoter cannot provide the Winner with the nominated Prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value. 

3.18.    If the Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Winner with a substitute prize. 

3.19. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury which results directly or indirectly from this competition and/or giveaway, except that which cannot be excluded by law. 

3.20 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who tamper with the Competition or Act fraudulently. 

3.21 South African law governs the competition and holds jurisdiction for any disputes. 

4. PROMOTIONAL USE  

4.1. By entering this competition, all participants hereby consent that the Promoter has the right to use their entries, including names, images, and any other content submitted, on its social media platforms and for marketing purposes, without additional compensation. 

 4.2. Social Media platforms include but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and any other marketing materials or channels used by Flight Centre Travel Group Proprietary Limited, South Africa.
