1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Eligible Entrant: Any person that is a permanent resident and citizen of South Africa over the age of 18 (eighteen) years old at the time of entering the Black Friday Discount, in possession of a valid South African identity document and passport, except any employee, director, member, partner, agent, or consultant of the Promotor and/or any person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by the Promotor , and immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent, or consultant. "Immediate family members" shall include but is not limited to; spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, and grandchildren.
1.2. Discount: R1000.00 (one thousand rand only) discount off their fully paid booking
1.3. Promotor: Flight Centre Travel Group Proprietary Limited, Registration Number 1994/000253/07, a company registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and includes its Affiliates.
1.4. Recipients: An Eligible Entrant who is selected through a first come first serve basis and meets all entry requirements.
1.5. Promotional Period: The period during which the competition is open for entries, commencing on 17 November 2025 and concluding on 30 November 2025.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
2.1. To qualify and stand a chance to win the Prize, Eligible Entrants must book and fully pay for select local or international package under this link during the promotional period: https://www.flightcentre.co.za/deals/black-friday-deals#local
2.2. The selected local and international packages that are eligible for the discount are: Lagoon Beach Hotel (Cape Town), Zimbali Lodge (Durban), Old Bank Hotel (Cape Town), Little Switzerland (Drakensberg), La Splendida Hotel (Cape Town), Be Cosy Apart Hotel (Mauritius), Solana Beach (Mauritius), Seacliff Resort & Spa (Zanzibar), Pullman Dubai Downtown (Dubai), Ibis Mall Avenue Dubai (Dubai), Sunset Beach Resort (Thailand), Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa (Thailand) at any of our Flight Centre stores nationwide. The booking must be booked and fully paid during the promotional period.
2.3. The discount will be awarded to the first 200 (two hundred) fully paid bookings, throughout all stores nationwide. The bookings will need to be fully paid for at the time of making the booking in order to receive the discount.
2.4. Bookings made on Flight Centres booking tool www.flightcentre.co.za are not eligible for the discount.
2.5. Only 1 (one) discount to the value of R1000.00 (one thousand rand) to one booking regardless of the number of passengers that are on the same booking.
2.6. Eligible bookings will receive the discount by means of a first come first serve basis. The Promotor’s decision shall be final.
2.7. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with a birthday voucher.
2.8. The onus will be on the Flight Centre travel experts making the booking to apply the discount to eligible bookings.

2.10. By entering this Promotion, the Eligible Entrant has read and agrees that the Promotor may use and disclose the personal information they provide in accordance with the Promotor ’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.flightcentre.co.za/.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1. Eligible Entrants stand a chance to qualify for the following:
3.1.1. A R1000.00 (one thousand rand) discount, off their fully paid booking.
3.2. The Discount commences on the 17th of November 2025 and will remain open for the Discounted Period only.
3.3. The discount will only be applied at the time of making and fully paying for the booking, which will need to be on the same day. The discount cannot be claimed at a later stage for future bookings made outside of the promotional period.
3.9. Under no circumstances can any aspect of the discount be transferred, amended, extended, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
3.14. The Promotor takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Discount.
3.16. If the Eligible Entrant does not accept any element of the Discount, the Promotor is not obliged to provide the Winner with a substitute prize.
3.17. The Promotor will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury which results directly or indirectly from this competition and/or promotion and/or discount, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
