Checked Luggage:

Economy Class travellers are allowed 32kg per bag on most flights. Other routes have a restriction of 23kg per bag. Club members and First Class passengers are allowed 2-3 pieces of checked luggage.

You can check in online from 24 hours before your flight departs at Manage My Booking. You can then print, download or email your boarding pass. In the case that you lose or forget your boarding pass, you can print it again at a check-in kiosk at the airport.

You can check in from 24 hours before your flight departs on the British Airways app. The British Airways app is currently available for mobile, iPad and Apple Watch. Download ALL your boarding passes that include those for return and connecting flights. You are able to download boarding passes for up to eight people in the same booking on one mobile.
At the airport
At the airport, you can use our airport kiosks to check in and print your boarding pass. All you require is your booking reference or form of identification.
