There are plenty of ways to pay for your CemAir tickets, including credit or debit cards, Flight Centre Gift Cards and more. A full list of accepted payment methods is available in our Help Centre. 

To check the status of your CemAir flights after booking, talk to your Travel Expert or use the real-time flight status search tool on the CemAir website. More information on how to manage your booking can also be found in our Help Centre. 

While last-minute CemAir sale fares may become available, you’ll normally find it pays to plan ahead, and we generally recommend you book CemAir flights roughly three to six months in advance wherever possible. When it comes to balancing airfare availability with the biggest savings, this should give you the best of both worlds! 

CemAir passengers can generally bring one carry-on bag with a maximum weight of 7kg and a checked bag with a maximum weight of 21kg. 

Baggage allowances will vary depending on your flight itinerary, ticket class and loyalty program status, so check your specific CemAir tickets to see what’s included. Need to add extra baggage to your flight booking? Talk to your Travel Expert before heading to the airport! 

You may be able to earn frequent flyer points on eligible CemAir flights booked with us. When booking online, you’ll see a place to add your loyalty program or frequent flyer membership details if this is available for your flights, or you can ask your Travel Expert to add it for you when booking in-store. CemAir is based at Johannesburg’s O.R. Tambo International Airport and services a wide network of domestic destinations across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth. The airline also flies select regional international routes to Harare and Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, as well as Maun and Kasane in Botswana.
