1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 Eligible Entrant: Any person that is a permanent resident and citizen of South Africa over the age of 18 (eighteen) years old at the time of entering the Competition, in possession of a valid South African Identity Document and passport, except any employee, director, member, partner, agent, or consultant of the Promotor and/or any person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by the Promotor , and immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent, or consultant. "Immediate family members" shall include, but is not limited to; spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, and grandchildren.

1.2 Prize/s: A Mangwanani African Spa voucher to the value of R10,000 inclusive of VAT, sponsored by the Promotor.

1.3 Promotor: Flight Centre Travel Group Proprietary Limited, Registration Number 1994/000253/07, a company registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and includes its Affiliates.

1.4 Winner: An Eligible Entrant who is selected through a random draw and meets all entry requirements.

1.5 Promotional Period: The period during which the competition is open for entries, commencing on 21 November 2024 and concluding at 11:59 PM on 30 November 2024.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

2.1 The Prize is awarded to the Winner and 1 other person tagged (“Tagged Individuals”) by the Winner on the Facebook ‘2025 Travel Dreams - Win a Spa Day’ post.

2.2 To qualify and stand a chance to win, Eligible Entrants must:

2.2.1 Follow Flight Centre South Africa’s Facebook page ‘@flightcentreRSA’.

2.2.2 Like the competition post ‘2025 Travel Dreams –Win a Spa Day’

2.2.3 Comment with a holiday destination and tag one (1) friend in the comment section of the ‘2025 Travel Dreams – Win a Spa Day’ post

2.2.4 To qualify for the Prize, the Eligible Entrant shall be required to ensure that the Tagged Individual is following Flight Centre South Africa’s Facebook page. The Winner must be able to redeem the Prize within in South Africa by the 31st of August 2025 and ensure that the Tagged Individual that accompanies them also complies with the terms of the competition.

2.3 Only 1 entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be deemed inadmissible.

2.4. The Winner will be chosen by means of a random draw. The Promotor 's decision shall be final.

2.5. The Winner will be announced by midday on the 2nd of December 2024 and will be notified via telephone and/or direct message on Facebook. The Winner will have 24 hours to claim the Prize. If there is no response within 24 hours, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new Winner will be chosen.

2.6 Tagged Individuals shall not be permitted to claim the Prize on behalf of the Winner.

2.7. By entering this competition, the Eligible Entrant has read and agrees that the Prize is subject to the Promotor’s booking terms and conditions available at https://www.flightcentre.co.za/booking-terms-and-conditions.

2.8 By entering this competition, the Eligible Entrant has read and agrees that the Promotor may use and disclose the personal information they provide in accordance with the Promotor ’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.flightcentre.co.za/privacy

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1. Eligible Entrants stand a chance to win a Mangwanani African Spa voucher to the value of R10,000, provided by the Promotor.

3.2. The Competition commences on the 20th of November 2024 and will remain open for the Promotional Period.

3.4. The Winner must ensure that bookings for the Winner and Tagged Individual are all made for the same date and time. Bookings for the Prize may not be split into different days and times. The full value of the voucher must be used in a single visit.

3.5. The Prize excludes any transportation to the chosen Mangwanani African Spa branch. It excludes any PCR tests/quarantine costs that may be required, incidentals and tipping, spending money, anything of a personal nature, medical and travel insurance. Additional expenses (including but not limited to) accommodation and meals are not included.

3.6. Should the value of the treatments exceed R10,000, the balance payable will be for the Winner’s personal account.

3.7. Should the value of the treatments be below R10,000, no refunds, vouchers or balance will be extended to the Winner for later use.

3.9. The full value of the Prize must be redeemed and utilized by the Winner at any Mangwanani Spa branch in South Africa by the 5th of August 2025 (“validity period”). Failing this, the Prize shall be forfeited, and the Winner shall have no claim from the Promotor to the value of the Prize.

3.10. The Prize must be confirmed by the winner at least 7 days prior to the intended date of treatment by contacting the Flight Centre Leisure Marketing Team.

3.11. Any cancellations or amendments within the 7 days may incur administration fees payable by the Winner directly and may not be set off from the voucher. Cancellations within 7 days of the treatment and/or no-shows will result in a 100% forfeiture of the full value of the Prize.

3.12. Under no circumstances can any aspect of this Prize be transferred, amended, extended, refunded or exchanged for cash.

3.13. The Prize is only valid for the person nominated for the Prize and may not be transferred or claimed directly by the Tagged Individuals.

3.14. The Prize will not be extended beyond the validity period and no exceptions will be made.

3.15. The Winner and Tagged Individual must be in possession of valid identification as this may need to be presented upon date of treatment. This may include, but is not limited to, a South African Identity Document.

3.16. The Promotor takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

3.17. If the Promotor cannot provide the Winner with the nominated Prize for any reason, the Promotor reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value.

3.18. If the Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promotor is not obliged to provide the Winner with a substitute prize.

3.19. The Promotor will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury which results directly or indirectly from this competition and/or giveaway, except that which cannot be excluded by law.

4. PROMOTIONAL USE

4.1. By entering this competition, all participants hereby consent that the Promotor has the right to use their entries, including names, images, and any other content submitted, on its social media platforms and for marketing purposes, without additional compensation.

4.2. Social Media platforms includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and any other marketing materials or channels used by Flight Centre Travel Group Proprietary Limited, South Africa.
