Frequently asked questions

What is the most beautiful area in Delhi?

As the old saying goes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some travellers are attracted to Old City for the vibe and utterly chaotic Chandni Chowk market, while New Delhi is ideal for sightseeing with more inner-city attractions than anywhere else in India. Aerocity, on the other hand, is a purpose-built suburb filled with high-end hotels, western-style shopping malls as well as a host of very familiar fast-food outlets. One of its main selling features, however, is that Aerocity boasts minimal traffic as no locals actually live there.

Is Delhi walkable?

Whether you're exploring the winding streets of Old Delhi or strolling through the leafy boulevards of New Delhi, you'll find that the city is fairly walkable. You do need to be aware of vehicles using the sidewalk as a shortcut.

When is the best time to visit Delhi?

The best time to visit India is during the winter months from November to February when the weather is relatively cool and pleasant.
