Licensed, flat-rate taxi services are available from Toronto Airport, with designated pick-up zones on the Arrivals level of both terminals (look for Door D for Terminal 1 and Door E for Terminal 3). The Union Pearson (UP) Express train is by far the easiest way to get from Toronto Airport to Downtown Toronto by public transport, with the journey taking just under half an hour. The service runs every 15 minutes between Toronto Pearson International Airport and Union Station in the heart of Downtown Toronto – right next to the iconic CN Tower! Public bus routes in Toronto and long-distance options to popular destinations across Ontario, like Niagara Falls, Ottawa, London and Windsor, are also available. 

The free Toronto Airport Terminal Link train service runs frequently (every four to eight minutes depending on the time of day!) between Terminal 1, Terminal 3 and Viscount Station.

As a general rule, you should aim to arrive at Toronto Airport at least two hours before your scheduled departure time for domestic flights and three hours before international flights (including flights bound for the USA).
