Check-in

It’s always a good idea to get to the airport nice and early for your flight, and to confirm check-in times directly with your airline as each may have different requirements. As a general guide, aim for at least two hours before domestic departures and three hours before international flights. Check-in counters and self-service kiosks are located on the Departures/Ticketing level. Remember, it’s often possible to check in online in advance via your airline’s website or app – a lekker way to save time on the day of travel.

Baggage

Baggage allowances vary by airline and ticket class, so it’s important to confirm what’s included with your flight booking to avoid any surprises at bag drop! For more specific information on baggage limits, such as the size, weight and number of bags included in your airfare, check with your airline or ask your Travel Expert for assistance. It’s worth noting that there is no airport-operated baggage storage at this airport. SmarteCarte luggage carts are available at curbside and baggage claim areas. The Lost & Found desk is located behind Baggage Claim 2.

A free AeroTrain shuttle runs under the airfield connecting the Main Terminal with Concourses A, B and C. All concourses are post-security, so you’ll need to clear screening before boarding the AeroTrain.
