Check-in

Puerto Rico Airport has multiple terminals – A, B, C, D and E – all interconnected by walkways inside security. It’s always a good idea to arrive at the airport nice and early for your flight, and to confirm check-in times directly with your airline as each may have different requirements. As a general guide, aim for at least two hours before domestic departures and three hours before international flights. Self-service kiosks are available in all terminals, and online or mobile check-in is offered by most carriers. Remember, checking in online can be a great way to save time on the day of travel.

Baggage

Baggage allowances vary by airline and ticket class, so it’s important to confirm what’s included with your flight booking to avoid any surprises at bag drop! For more specific information on baggage limits, such as the size, weight and number of bags included in your airfare, check with your airline or ask your Travel Expert for assistance. Need to store your bags at Puerto Rico Airport? A 24-hour luggage storage service is available in both arrivals areas – handy if you want to squeeze in some sightseeing before your flight.
