Public Transport
Chopin Airport is served by five public bus routes all with stops at Warsaw's key transport nodes and the larger hotels. There is also a newly-built, fast and convenient rail link available from Terminal A. The train ride from the airport to the city centre takes around 25 minutes.
Car Hire
Car hire desks are located in Terminal A's departure hall. Companies include Avis, Budget, Europcar, GE-CAR, Hertz, National and Sixt. You can book your car online to guarantee availability.
Check-in
Check-in counters are located on the departures level of the terminal.
Money Exchange
Money exchange facilities can be found on the ground floor of the arrivals area. Pre-purchase Polish Zloty in the form of cash from Travel Money OZ.
Business Services
The airport offers a conference center on the arrivals level of the terminal catering to the needs of the business traveler. Business facilities are also available in the executive lounges, for eligible passengers.

There are two Wi-fi hotspots that can be accessed in all areas of the terminal.
Family Facilities
Chopin Airport offers a range of facilities for passengers travelling with children. There are 10 baby care rooms in Terminal A, each one equipped with a changing table, sink and baby feeding chair. Pushchairs are available in the transit area, right after security and can be used free of charge. There are also playground areas for children over 3, located in the departures area.
Baggage
Passengers can pay to use the left luggage service located on the arrivals level of the terminal, next to exit 1.
Airport Lounges
Chopin Airport offers three independently operated Executive Lounges, Ballada – located in the Schengen area, open 24/7, Preludium – located in the Schengen area, open from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Bolero – situated in the Non-Schengen area, open from 6:00am to 10:00pm. Guests can enjoy cold and hot drinks including alcoholic beverages, a variety of snacks and sweets, reading material and free wireless and wired internet access. The lounges are available to all passengers for a one-off fee. There is also a VIP Lounge located nearby to the airport offering extra amenities for eligible passengers.

LOT Polish Airlines - The LOT Business Lounge Polonez is located in the Schengen area and operates from 5:00am to 11:00pm daily. Facilities and services include beverages and snacks, reading material and free wireless and wired internet access. The lounge is available to passengers flying with LOT and other eligible Star Alliance members.
