There are several different check-in options available when you travel on an international Aeroflot flight:

Web check-in

This allows you to save time and check-in online up to 24 hours before the flight leaves until 45 minutes before the scheduled departure. This convenient option allows guests to check in from the comfort of their own computer. Passengers checking in online can select their preferred seat, and print their own boarding pass, bypassing the need to visit the check-in desk at the airport unless you have baggage to check-in. Certain travellers are unable to use the online check-in option, including those flying with infants under 2 years old, and those requiring additional services such as solo minors, travellers in wheelchairs, or guests travelling with pets).

Mobile check-in

Available on the go via your Android or iPhone by accessing the Aeroflot website on your mobile browser. As with Web check-in, this option is open 24 hours prior to and up until 45 minutes before scheduled departure time. A printed boarding pass is required, so Mobile check in confirmation can be scanned at self-service printers on arrival at the airport. This option is not available for those travelling to the USA or India, people travelling with infants under 2 years old, guests with pets, or travellers with special needs such as wheelchair bound passengers and unaccompanied minors.

Self-service Check-in

Available at the airport, self-serve kiosk check-in is a straightforward procedure available up until 45 minutes before departure. Passengers can select preferred seating, and print off boarding passes, before dropping bags off at the bag drop counter or heading straight to the departure lounge if there’s no check-in luggage.
