Public Transport

Stockholm-Arlanda Airport is serviced by buses and trains. The quickest route is via the Arlanda Express train which travels from the airport to Stockholm city in 20 minutes.

Car Hire

Car hire desks are located next to the long term parking areas. Companies include Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt. You can book your car online to guarantee availability.

Check-in

Check-in counters are located in each of the 4 terminals. Terminal 4 has the largest number of domestic flights and Terminal 5 has the largest number of international flights.

Money Exchange

Money exchange facilities can be found in terminals 2 and 5 as well as in the SkyCity. Pre-purchase Swedish Kronas in the form of cash from Travel Money OZ.

Business Services

Copy and printing services and fax machines are available in terminal 5, for a fee. Arlanda Airport Conference center is located in SkyCity, between Terminal 4 and Terminal 5. Here you can rent meeting rooms or a work station. The rental price includes refreshments and wireless internet access. Business services are also available in the airport lounges, for eligible passengers.

Internet Access

Wi-fi access is available throughout the airport. You can pay with a debit/credit card, via the airport's roaming partner or by purchasing vouchers from the Swedavia information desks.

Family Facilities

If you need a pram after checking in, prams can be loaned in terminal 5. Baby changing rooms are located in all terminals, in both the men's and women's toilets. To keep the kids entertained, the airport offers three playgrounds: one in terminal 4 and two in terminal 5.

Baggage

Left luggage lockers and available in terminals 2, 4 and 5. Bagport offers baggage services including storage, wrapping services and porter services in terminal 5. Property found at the airport is administered by Bagport on level 1 in Terminal 5.

Airport Lounges

Terminal 5 is home to the independently operated Menzies Business and Executive lounges. The lounge is open daily from 5:30am to 8:00pm. Facilities and services include cold buffet and various drinks, newspapers, photocopier, telephone, fax, computers with internet connection and television,. To arrange lounge access, talk to your Flight Centre consultant.

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) - The SAS Business and Scandinavian Lounges are located in terminal 5, at pier A on level 4. The lounge offers space to work with complimentary wi-fi, PCs and free skype phones, snacks and drinks, reading material and TVs. Access to the lounges is reserved for eligible international business and first class passangers and EuroBonus Gold and Star Alliance Gold members. SAS also offers a Domestic lounge at Arlanda airport, available to international first class passengers.

Terminal Transfers

The airport has four terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5. A free transfer bus connects the terminals and also the airport hotels.
