Check-in
The check-in counter for domestic flighs within Chile is located at the eastern side of the third floor. International check-in is available on the western side of the third floor.

A Telefónica business centre is located in the international terminal. Business facilities are also located within select airline lounges, for eligible passengers.

Airline Lounges
The following airlines have lounges located within the airport. For access to specific lounges, refer to your airline.
American Airlines - The AA Admirals' Club is located in the international terminal, after security, across from gate 19. The lounge is open daily from 5:30am - 9:00pm and is available to eligible passengers. Lounge facilities include showers, Wi-fi, PCs with internet access and a smoking room. International arriving passengers must have a valid, same-day ticket for departure permitting access through Security.
Delta Airlines - The Delta Sky Club lounge is located on the second floor of the international terminal, near gate 17. The lounge is open from 2:00pm - 11:00pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday and from 2:00pm - 9:00pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. The lounge offers complimentary Wi-fi, snacks, satellite TV, reading material and a self-service bar. The lounge is open to elibigle Delta passengers, 21 years or older. Patrons younger than 21 may enter the club with a parent or guardian who is a club member.
LAN Chile - LAN Chile offers two lounges within the Santiago airport. The Neruda and Mistral VIP lounges are situated in the international boarding area, between gates 17 and 20 and are open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm. Facilities include a business center, equipped with personal computers and internet, fax, photocopier and printer connections, telephones, cable TV, newspapers and international magazines. The lounges are open to LAN business class passengers and Premium Silver and Comodoro members of the LANPASS frequent flyer program.
