What better way to promote these excellent products and the regions talents than in the wonderful markets held throughout the Sunshine Coast.  Here are just a few of the markets that have become well known for their lively atmosphere, neighbourly hospitality and fine local products.

Eumundi Markets

Located in the small town of Eumundi, this is the largest market on the Sunshine Coast.  Thousands of local residents and tourists come here to soak up the atmosphere and take in the hospitality of this small hinterland town.  Held every Wednesday and Saturday the markets feature over 300 stalls where arts and crafts of all kinds can be found.  Food and music are also featured.  Hours are 8am to 1:30 on Wed and 6:30am to 2pm on Saturdays

Noosa Marina Markets

Held every Sunday between 8am and 2pm, this attractive, inviting market is held on the beautiful boardwalk along the Noosa River.   Fresh local produce is featured along with hand made goods and interesting gift items.  Music and entertainment are also featured offering a relaxing atmosphere along this picturesque river front setting.

Caloundra Country and Farmers Market

This is the perfect market for all of your fresh produce, seafood and even flowers and plants.  Held every Sunday between 7am and 12 noon, the markets also feature books, collectibles and crafts.  The weekly event is held at the Currimundi State School. 

Fisherman’s Road Markets

The Fisherman’s Road Markets have something to offer for everyone.  From the finest fresh fruits, veggies and seafood to tasty ice cream and other dessert treats you’ll be sure to satisfy your cravings here.  There is face painting and a jumping castle for the kids while the adults can enjoy a massage or a flavourful coffee.   Over 120 stalls offer everything from arts and crafts to clothing and toys.  The Fisherman’s Road Markets are open every Sunday morning from 6am to 12.
