Processes and Procedures during National Lockdown

In light of President Cyril Ramaphosa’s announcement on Monday 23rd March, imposing a 21-day national lockdown on all South Africans effective from midnight on the 26th March 2020, we will unfortunately no longer be available to assist you in-store. Please, contact your Travel Expert before Thursday 26th March before 17h00 should you have any impending travel requirements or amendments to existing travel bookings.

After that, should you require any level of travel support during National lockdown, we are here to assist you virtually. We have multiple channels available to service your request.
