Luggage allowance

You can locate the luggage allowance for your specific trip on your e-ticket. You can also locate your luggage allowance
when you log in to manage your booking on the airline's website. Your dedicated Travel Expert will also be able to assist you with this information.

If you have confirmed a restrictive ticket or a booking with a low cost carrier, ensure that luggage is included on your booking.

You will need to comply with the entry requirements of your end destination for international travel. You may be required to complete a  health declaration form prior to travel. These forms are generally available on the airline's website or ask your travel expert. Ensure that you have all required documentation which may include a negative Covid  test. Remember that you are also subject to South Africa's entry requirements when returning.
You can obtain information on entry requirements at www.fctgtravelnews.com or alternatively visit your travel doctor

Check in time

Ensure that you allow yourself sufficient time to comfortably check in for your travel. The recommended time for international travel is 4 hours prior to departure and 2 hours before a domestic departure. However, we strongly recommend that you present yourself for check in with more time to spare as there maybe additional protocols in place related to Covid-19 and or any other requirements.

We also recommend that where possible, you complete an online check in and that your boarding pass is emailed to you
