1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Eligible Entrant: Any person that is a permanent resident and citizen of South Africa over the age of 18 (eighteen) years old at the time of entering the Competition, in possession of a valid South African Identity Document and passport, except any employee, director, member, partner, agent, or consultant of the Promotor and/or any person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by the Promoter, and immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent, or consultant. "Immediate family members" shall include, but is not limited to; spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, and grandchildren.

1.2. Prize/s: 1 x Grand Prize and Travel Vouchers

1.2.1 Grand Prize: A Costsaver Magical Bali Tour, for 2 (two) adults and a R20 000 (twenty thousand rand) Flight Centre travel voucher to use towards flights to Bali

1.2.3 Flight Centre travel voucher to the value of R5 000.00 (five thousand rand) each. A maximum of two vouchers to be won per month.

1.3. Promoter: Flight Centre Travel Group Proprietary Limited, Registration Number 1994/000253/07, a company registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and includes its Affiliates.

1.4. Winner: An Eligible Entrant who is selected through a random draw and meets all entry requirements.

1.5. Promotional Period: The period during which the competition is open for entries, commencing on 1 September 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

2.1. The Prizes will be awarded to the individuals who submit their pictures and testimonials via the form for the Flight Centre travel vouchers or social media for the Costsaver Magical Bali Tour and Flight Centre travel voucher.

2.2. Only one winner will be selected to win the grand prize. Two winners for the R5 000.00 (five thousand rand) travel voucher will be selected per month.

2.3. To qualify and stand a chance to win one of the R5 000.00 (five thousand rand) Flight Centre travel vouchers, Eligible Entrants must enter by submitting their holiday content via this form: Submission Form

2.3.1. The content must include photos, videos, a short write-up, and video clip on your experience

2.4. To qualify and stand a chance to win the Costsaver Magical Bali Tour Prize, Eligible Entrants must enter by completing the following steps:

2.4.1. Book with Flight Centre, follow @FlightCentreRSA on Instagram, tag @FlightCentreRSA and use the hashtag #TrustedByTravellers

2.5. All the travel content submitted for both submissions must not be older than 6 (six) months from the date of travel.

2.6. Customers who submit their content must have booked their travel with one of our Flight Centre Brand RSA branches. 

2.7. Only 1 (one) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be deemed inadmissible.

2.8. The Winner for all the above-mentioned prizes will be chosen by means of a random draw. The Promotor’s decision shall be final.

2.9. The Winner/s of the R5 000.00 (five thousand rand) travel voucher will be announced monthly from the months of September 2025 until June 2026.The Winner will have 48 (forty-eight) hours to claim the Prize after the prize letter has been sent via email. If there is no response within 48 (forty-eight) hours, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new Winner will be chosen, at random.

2.10. The Winner of the Costsaver Magical Bali Tour and Flight Centre travel voucher will be announced on the 26^th of January 2026

2.11. By entering this competition, the Eligible Entrant has read and agrees that the Prize is subject to the Promoter’s booking terms and conditions available at https://www.flightcentre.co.za/

2.12. By entering this competition, the Eligible Entrant has read and agrees that the Promoter may use and disclose the personal information they provide in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.flightcentre.co.za/.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1. Eligible Entrants stand a chance to win one of the following prizes:

3.1.1 Flight Centre travel vouchers to the value of R5 000.00 (five thousand rand) each.

3.1.2 A Costsaver Magical Bali Tour and a R20 000 (twenty thousand rand) Flight Centre travel voucher to use towards flights to Bali.

3.2. The Competition commences on the 1^st of September 2025 and will remain open for the Promotional Period.

3.3. The Winner must ensure that bookings for the Winner and travelling companions are all made for the same date and itinerary. Bookings for the Prizes may not be split into different itineraries. The full value of the vouchers must be used in a single booking transaction

3.4 The Prize for the Costsaver Magical Bali tour excludes any pre/post accommodation and transportation to/from the departure and arrival airport. It excludes visas, travel insurance, additional meals, optional activities, or any other expenses not explicitly stated.

3.5. The travel dates for the Costsaver prize will be determined once the winner has been selected but will be for travel between April-July 2026. The tour is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The R20 000 (twenty thousand rand) Flight Centre travel voucher must be used in conjunction with the tour and cannot be used separately.

3.7. The Prize of the R5 000.00 (five thousand rand)Flight Centre travel voucher will be valid for a 1 (one) year from the date of winning.

3.8. Should the value of booking made exceed the travel voucher amount, the balance payable will be for the Winner’s personal account.

3.9. Should the value of the booking be below R5 000.00 (five thousand rand), no refunds, vouchers or balance will be extended to the Winner for later use.

3.10. The full value of the Prize must be redeemed and utilized by the Winner and travel companions by the stipulated period. Failing this, the Prize shall be forfeited, and the Winner shall have no claim from the Promotor to the value of the Prize.

3.11. Any cancellations, no-shows, amendments, name changes made after any booking has been confirmed may carry additional costs imposed by the airline carrier. These fees will be fees payable by the Winner and may not be set off from the voucher.

3.12.  Under no circumstances can any aspect of this Prize be transferred, amended, extended, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

3.13. The Prize is only valid for the person nominated for the Prize and may not be transferred to other individuals.

3.14. Winners of the voucher Prize must be part of the travelling party at the time of making the booking.

3.15. The Prize will not be extended beyond the validity period, and no exceptions will be made.

3.16. The Winner of the flight Prize and their travel companions must be in possession of valid identification. This may include, but is not limited to, a South African Identity Document, Passport and other supporting documents required for travelling with children.

3.17. The Promotor takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

3.18.  If the Promotor cannot provide the Winner with the nominated Prize for any reason, the Promotor reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value.

3.1.9. If the Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Winner with a substitute prize.

3.20. The Promotor will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury which results directly or indirectly from this competition and/or giveaway, except that which cannot be excluded by law.

4. PROMOTIONAL USE

4.1.     By entering this competition, all participants hereby consent that the Promotor has the right to use their entries, including names, images, and any other content submitted, on its social media platforms and for marketing purposes, without additional compensation.

4.2.     Social Media platforms include but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and any other marketing materials or channels used by Flight Centre Travel Group Proprietary Limited, South Africa.
