Ash cloud suspends flights

Please be advised that Ngaruh Rai International Airport in Denpasar (DPS), Bali has closed due to the ash cloud from Mt Agung.  The airport is expected to remain closed until at least this evening will all flights currently suspended.

Authorities are hopeful that the airport will re-open tonight.  The local administration will consider alternative arrangements for customers to travel to/from other airports should the need arise. We will monitor the situation and provide any updates.

Customers are advised to check their flight status with their travel expert or directly with the airline. Any re-accommodation policies will be available on the airline's website.
