Cabin Classes
Economy
Economy seats have a pitch between 31 and 33 inches and a width of 20 inches. On all economy flights more than 90 minutes in duration, a snack or refreshment is served. A hot meal is served on flights more than 2 hours. Some flights offer a choice between an Asian style meal and a European one. Special requirement meals are available if requested at least 24 hours before departure. Most flights offer a selection of juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, spirits and wines. Each seat has its own entertainment unit with movies, TV programs, music and games.
Deluxe Economy
Deluxe Economy seats have a pitch of 38 inches and a width of 20 inches. A snack or refreshment is served on flights more than 90 minutes, while a hot meal is served on flights more than 2 hours. Special requirement meals are available upon request. Most flights offer a selection of juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, spirits and wines. Each seat has its own entertainment unit with movies, TV programs, music and games.
Business
Business Class seats have a pitch of 62 inches, a width of 20 inches, and recline to lie flat. Food options include traditional Vietnamese cuisine as well as meals from all around the world. Passengers are also served an appetiser, breads, and a desert. Special requirement meals are available upon request. A wide range of premium beers, wines and spirits are available, as well as juices, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Each seat has its own entertainment unit with movies, TV programs, music and games.

Check-in Options
Web check-in is available from 40 hours until 2 hours prior to departure time. This service is only available for flights departing from selected cities in Asia. Standard check-in is available from 2.5 hours prior to departure time.
Rewards Program
Vietnam Airlines offer the Golden Lotus Plus Program, which gives frequent flyers special privileges and the opportunity to earn rewards. Points can be earned by flying with any SkyTeam carrier. Members of other SkyTeam airline rewards programs can earn points by flying with Vietnam Airlines. Points can be redeemed on any SkyTeam airline flight.
Lounges
Business Lounges are available at all international stations, and are open to VIPs, Business Class passengers, Golden Lotus Plus Platinum members and Vietnam Airlines Gold members. First Class and Business Class passengers of other Skyteam airlines as well as Elite Plus Card members are offered this service at Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat airports. Lounges feature quiet work suites, free WiFi, social areas, bar service and food menu. Business Class passengers are also given access to many lounges operated by other Skyteam airlines around the world.
