Economy
Economy class offers three types of reclining seating: Standard (31-inch pitch), Super Seats (wider, with 35-inch pitch) and Stretch Seats (known to most of us as 'exit row seats' – obtainable for a fee). Food – including vegetarian, Western, Asian and Muslim options – and beverages are available for purchase. Note, credit cards are only accepted for purchases above $10. Passengers may rent an iPad loaded with movies, TV, games and music.
Premium Economy (ScootBiz)
Wider seats with more legroom feature in the premium cabin and passengers receive a complimentary meal and beverages, priority boarding, in-seat power supply and access to free in-flight entertainment.
Travellers in economy class may bring 1 piece of carry-on luggage (up to 7kgs, + 3 kgs if laptop is carried) and ScootBiz tickets allow 2 pieces of carry-on with a combined weight of 15kg. Checked baggage is purchasable in increments from 15 to 40kgs or can be included in fare upgrade options.
Counter check-in must be complete at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure and passengers must be at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes prior to departure.
