Web Check-in

Check-in from the comfort of your home or office in just a few short clicks, from up to 24 hours prior to travel. Web check-in allows travellers to choose their own seat, and print their boarding ticket, bypassing check-in queues at the airport.

Kiosk Check-in

Do it yourself check-in kiosks are available at many Royal Jordanian destinations. These machines read passport information and allow you to submit checked baggage information, select your seat and print boarding passes and baggage tags, avoiding check-in counter queues.

Airport Check-in

Exclusively for Royal Jordanian travellers’ flying out of Amman, advanced check-in is available at the Airline’s city terminal from 24 hours to 6 hours prior to scheduled flight departure. Passengers can drop their bags, choose preferred seats and pick up their boarding passes before heading off into the city for more sightseeing. Passengers who choose ‘Advanced Check-in’ can then make their way to the airport 1 ½ hours before the flight leaves, and make their way through security and immigration. Regular airport check-in desks open up to three hours prior to departure, with counters closing one hour prior to departure for North American flights, and 45 mins for all other international destinations.
