Take the pleasant 35-minute boat trip to Waiheke Island, known for good reason as the "Island of Wine". Go on a guided tasting tour across 30 boutique vineyards that feature carefully crafted wines of the region. Don’t forget to indulge in some award-winning olive oil tasting while you’re there!

A selection of fantastic restaurants ensures that foodies will never go hungry in Auckland.
