New York City View "We’ve put together our expert itinerary for the next time you’re in the Big Apple."

Day 1 – Midtown Magic

Start your getaway off right, and check out some of the amazing landmarks that have made NYC famous.  Make your way to Midtown and take a moment in Times Square.  Bask in the dazzling lights of sky-high billboards before making your way to the iconic Empire State Building.  If you’re brave, ride the elevator to the observatory.  Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the city from 1,250 feet up.   For those in need of some retail therapy, you won’t want to miss a walk down 5th Avenue.  Boasting an endless array of world-famous retailers from high-end luxury designers to everyday labels, the shopping here is some of the best anywhere in the world.  As you make your way up 5th, be sure to stop in at the historic Radio City Music Hall at Rockefeller Centre.   Book some tickets to watch the famous Rockettes perform or grab a coveted backstage pass to NBC Studios.  When night falls, make sure you’ve got tickets to the latest Broadway performance.  From the musical styling of the eternally popular Chicago to the comedic genius of the Book of Mormon, there’s a show to suit every taste here.

Day 2 – Lower Manhatten

After a massive first day exploring some of NYC’s most famous landmarks, it’s time to see more of what this amazing city has on offer.  Make your way from Midtown to Lower Manhatten and check out some of the city’s historic neighbourhoods along the way.  From the cultural precincts of Little Italy and Chinatown to the cobblestone streets of Tribeca, there’s a wealth of amazing places to discover here.  Pay a visit to the former site of the World Trade Centre and visit the 9/11 Memorial Museum.  Displaying artifacts and stories commemorating this tragedy, visitors can gain a better understanding of the loss and recovery resulting from this event.  History buffs will also love a stroll down Wall Street before taking a ferry out through the Hudson River to the beautiful Statue of Liberty.  Once you’re back on Manhatten soil, take a walk over the incredible Brooklyn Bridge to Brooklyn Bridge Park.  Boasting stunning views across the East River to Manhatten’s Financial District, this is the perfect place to watch the sunset or stop in at a local restaurant before heading back to your hotel.

Day 3 – Upper East Side & Central Park.

Get to know one of New York’s wealthiest neighbourhoods and spend your last day in the city expanding your creative and artistic horizons.  Start by visiting the famous Guggenheim Museum.  Housing more than 1470 permanent works from artists ranging from Andy Warhol to Claude Monet, it is one of the most sought after attractions in the city.  Take a break and have lunch on nearby Park Avenue.  Lined with trendy café’s and upmarket shops, it’s the perfect spot for a mid-day snack.  After a relaxing lunch, resume your cultural renaissance at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.  Better known as the MET, this incredible gallery is home to one the largest and most significant art collections in the world and is not to be missed.  For the nature lover, spend the afternoon exploring Central Park instead.  Take a horse-drawn carriage ride through the Park’s beautiful gardens, stop in at the Zoo or pack a picnic and relax as the city rolls by.  After a full day of art, culture and nature, venture back to Midtown and finish your holiday off right.  Wind down with a nice dinner in Times Square or get some last minute shopping in before you say goodbye to NYC.
