Flight Centre will beat any Domestic and International airfare and land quote that can be booked through:
- Other travel agents
- Airlines
- Internet (South Africa)**
- Tour operators
**In the case of internet bookings, a valid credit card is required for payment, and must be presented at the time of check-in
Will Flight Centre accept a verbal quote?
Yes. We may request that you bring us quote in writing, however we will try to beat it without written quote and at minimum inconvenience to yourself.
How much will Flight Centre beat other quotes by?
We will offer following discounts:
- R 15.00 off any domestic one way ticket
- R 25.00 off any domestic return ticket
- R 50.00 off any international/regional, one way or return ticket
- R 50.00 off any domestic land package quote
- R 100.00 off any international/regional land package quote
What does “available” mean?
Available means that the other agent’s or operators quote is current, genuine and available to be booked at the time you presented it to us. If the quoted time or date is not available, we will offer you the best available alternative that will suit your requirements. These alternatives are ‘within reason’ meaning that we look for alternatives in the same season, same class of travel, same room or fare type.
