Virgin Atlantic

A full-service, international airline, Virgin Atlantic is the antidote to ordinary travel. the first airline to offer personal, seat-back televisions in Economy class, Virgin Atlantic also pioneered the now popular concept of a premium economy mid-cabin way back in 1992.

Upper Class

With its renowned bed, bar, massage and chauffeured airport transfers (on most fares) Virgin Atlantic's Upper Class means business.

A clever herringbone seat layout in a 1-1-1 configuration means that all Upper Class seats face forward. They also have direct aisle access and an ottoman footrest that doubles as a seat for a guest. The seat width of 22 inches increases to 33 inches across the shoulders when converted to a fully flat bed. The patented Upper Class seat flips forward to reveal a horizontal bed with proper mattress for more comfort.

Order what you want whenever you like in a trolley-free cabin with the Freedom Menu service. Alternatively, the stunning sit-down bar is a great place to meet fellow passengers, chat with the crew and have a drink or a bite to eat.

With 10.4 inch TV screens and the airline's V:Port system delivering 300 hours of entertainment on-demand you'll never be bored. In-seat laptop power and telephones in each IFE handset means you can bring your office with you. If you must.

Premium Economy Class

With dedicated check-in, priority boarding and more space, comfort and style in Virgin Atlantic's Premium Economy, you'll quickly get used to feeling posh.

Virgin Atlantic's 21 inch wide leather Premium Economy seats are confi gured in a 2-3-2 layout with a seat pitch of 38 inches and recline of 16 degrees for more comfort. Sit back and relax using the adjustable head and leg rests, and take advantage of the dedicated wash rooms, personal amenity kits and a range of other privileges.

Enjoy the enhanced meal service featuring menus and three tempting choices served on china dinnerware, followed by dessert and selection of fresh fruit. Pre-flight bubbly and juice, as well as after-meal liqueurs are also offered, plus a selection of juices, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are served throughout the flight.

Enjoy movies and the hottest TV shows on-demand, as well as video games and audio entertainment. You'll find laptop power in every seat as well as seat-to-seat and seat-to-ground text messaging, an “Ask ANY Question” service (seriously, ANY question), and Sky News headlines on what's happening down below.

Economy Class

There's absolutely nothing ordinary about Virgin Atlantic's Economy Class.

With an average seat pitch of 31 inches, Virgin Atlantic's seats are designed to maximise legroom, so you'll have plenty of space to relax and stretch your limbs during your flight.
